Your powerful association membership let’s you receive a grant of up to $2500 per calendar year for educational classes and seminars! Qualified applicants have used their scholarship funds to study at top-notch programs close to home and abroad. The Presidents Scholarship awards $25,000 annually to members. AAEE & INTA Members May Apply Too!
The Presidents Scholarship is open to any Cosmetologists Chicago®(CC), American
Association for Esthetics Education®(AAEE) and International Nail Technicians Association® (INTA) regular member, or spouse, child, or grandchild of a member, pursuing cosmetology related education (e.g. cosmetology school or industry related programs.) The member must be in good standing for at least one year prior to application. Funds from the Presidents Scholarship must be utilized ONLY for tuition or actual workshop/seminar/advanced training registration fees and must fall under the scope of cosmetology, nail technology or esthetics defined by the state in which the applicant resides. Funds awarded may not be used for hotel or airfare accommodation.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of need and academic record. Funds must be utilized solely for the educational opportunity sought and described on this application. Any changes to the educational opportunity must be brought to the attention of the Scholarship Committee for further review before any funds will be released. It is the responsibility of each Presidents Scholarship recipient to notify the Committee when such changes occur. Recipients must attend at least one association event to present their experience with the Presidents Scholarship.
