Ashlee Norman started Beauty School during her Senior year of High School and has been a licensed Hairstylist since 2005 starting at age 19. 17 years into her Career she is more Passionate than ever. She prides herself on her investment in continuing education from the very beginning, traveling all over the world to attend the top academies and learn from the best.

She worked as a Salon Educator for a top Los Angeles salon, running whole salon continuing education and the assistant program, for a Decade before starting her journey as an Independent Educator in 2014. Now she teaches an average of 45 in-person classes a year along with her traveling education team on top of her Online Education.

Her brand also includes Custom Professional Tools, Apparel, and Styling Products - all manufactured and distributed as a Family owed business. She is a wife and mother of 2 children with one on the way. Her most recent accomplishments include winning a BTC oneshot award and having her own booth and classes at the International Beauty Shows - becoming a Platform Artist under her own Brand.

Ashlee prides herself on helping blaze a trail for working mom’s in the Beauty Industry and believes she’s proving you don’t have give up having a family to follow your dreams.
