As the owner of a thriving Indianapolis Salon, this extensions expert (who’s in a self-described lovefest with the Hotheads Sew-In method!) prides herself on training fresh-out-of-beauty-school stylists to become full-fledged hairdressers – a mission she achieved in spades when she tripled her post-pandemic staff in just 18 months. “The continuous evolution of new hair trends will always demand ongoing education, and this is why I love teaching,” says Belinda. “I not only get to make my clients fall in love with themselves all over again, but I also help new stylists thrive and prosper in their own careers.”
