Roger Molina, Sam Villa ArTeam Member is a 20-year educator and stylist working behind the chair. He was a lead facilitator at Redken’s Academy for over a decade. Now teaching as a Sam Villa ArTeam member, Roger’s style has evolved into a voice all his own-subtle yet powerful. Roger's teaching style is visual, detailed, and simple. As an educator and a stylist working behind the chair, he understands that precise technique, good communication and hard work can elevate your business and strengthen your relationship with every client. His teaching and approach are sure to gain the interest of any salon professional, at any level.
Lindsey - A licensed professional for almost two decades, Lindsey is a Sam Villa Ambassador and a Global Redken Artist for the past 13 years, Lindsey travels the world educating stylists and inspiring the industry with her dynamic skill set. She specializes in hair color and finishing on all fabrics of hair, including curly and highly textured hair. In 2018, Lindsey was the first US overall L’Oreal Color and Style Trophy winner followed by winning the US L’Oreal Color and Style Trophy winner for natural texture in 2020. From publications to industry accolades, these opportunities have given Lindsey unique experiences that she brings to the stage when delivering her award-winning education.
