Shannon is the Senior Product Manager for Inspire by STX Software, a leader in salon scheduling & point of sale software since 1981. Shannon has been in the industry since 1998 and is a whiz at technology. She has hands on experience as a salon guest coordinator, a stylist behind the chair and a salon marketing & social media manager. She talks the talk & walks the walk!
