Brayden Pelletier is the creator and founder of just b. hair SALON. He has been in the hair industry since he was 16 years old, and he was an educational and artistic director for a large local salon company before opening Just B Hair Salon. His approach to hair is mastering the “Why” behind what you are doing, unlocking endless creativity, and empowering consistency. His drive in education has allowed him to become an International Redken Artist and Educator. He uses this knowledge to give each client a custom look and feel based on their needs. In his time outside the salon, he facilitates at different salons around the world including education at the Redken Exchange in New York City, and teaches at various hair shows including the main stage at Redken Symposium 2013 and 2015, and Euro Symposium 2016. His love for session work has given him the privilege of working the MTV VMA’s and seven seasons NYC Fashion Week working with Marc Jacobs and Diesel to name a few.
