My Journey to Mastery and Efficiency I’ve spent over 15 years as a professional hair colorist, diving deep into the industry I love. For 8 of those years, I owned a salon, leading a team and navigating the day-to-day challenges of running a business. I was passionate about creating beautiful hair, but the stress of inefficiency was overwhelming. I knew there had to be a better way—a way to provide high-quality service without sacrificing time, profit, or my well-being. That's when I shifted my focus to efficiency and precision. I began developing techniques and systems that allowed me to deliver the same stunning results—only faster, with less stress and more impact. This journey transformed my business, my income, and my passion for the industry. I realized that the key wasn’t just working harder; it was about working smarter. I started charging what I was worth, cut down on wasted time, and developed a structure that gave me the freedom and confidence I was missing. A Commitment to Helping Others Succeed I became the Chief Brand Ambassador for Oligo Professionnel and the Director of Education for FASTFOILS, where I learned the power of teaching and sharing my methods with others. These positions gave me the platform to connect with hairstylists across the country and understand their common struggles—being overworked, feeling undervalued, and lacking the tools to make meaningful changes. I knew my story was not unique, and I was determined to turn my experience into a system that could help others thrive. Building a Community of Confident Stylists Now, I’m on a mission to empower hairstylists to break free from old habits, reclaim their time, and increase their income. Through personalized coaching and hands-on classes, I’ve been able to help countless stylists find the same breakthroughs I experienced.
