Lydia Sarfati Founder & CEO, Repêchage® Lydia Sarfati revolutionized the skincare industry in the United States by introducing Repêchage®, the first professional skincare line based on seaweed. Her signature Four-Layer Facial®, utilizing a groundbreaking unidose application system. Throughout her illustrious career, Lydia has received numerous prestigious accolades, including the Chevalerie “Knight Award” from Intercoiffure Mondial, the LNE Crystal Award, and the Dermascope Legend Award. However, her crowning achievement came in 2019 when she was honored with the CIDESCO Medaille du Merite for elevating esthetics education in the U.S. to internationally recognized standards. Today, alongside her husband David Sarfati (Co-Founder & COO) and daughter Shiri Sarfati (Chief Marketing Officer & Partner), Lydia oversees Repêchage Global Headquarters—a state-of-the-art, manufacturing and distribution center. This facility houses Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, and the Lydia Sarfati Post Graduate Skin Care Academy, offering advanced esthetics education both in-person and through its cutting-edge digital studio. As President of Cidesco Section USA, Lydia continues to share her expertise through Master Courses, advanced brand education classes, and workshops at international CIDESCO conferences and major trade shows around the world.
