That same year, she joined RG Cosmetics as Director of Social Media, where she managed multiple accounts, implemented successful marketing strategies, and developed engaging content to boost brand visibility. Mariana’s leadership skills quickly propelled her within RG Cosmetics, where she took on the role of Finance Manager in 2015, overseeing financial transactions and streamlining department operations.
