Paul Joseph DiGrigoli is an educator, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker who has been in the beauty industry for over 40 years. He is the owner of DiGrigoli School of Cosmetology, DiGrigoli Salon, and Paul Joseph Professional Hair Care Products. He is also the author of the book “Booked Solid: The Ultimate Guide to Getting and Keeping Clients”. Paul grew up in a small town in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts, where he had no mentor, coach, leader or role model. Despite his family’s discouragement, he pursued his passion for hairdressing and opened his first salon at the age of 21. He later founded his own school of cosmetology, which has been recognized by Modern Salon magazine as a winner of the Excellence in Education award for two consecutive years. He also won the Readers Rave award for the best salon for two years in a row. Paul has been a motivational speaker for the last 20 years, sharing his inspiring story and practical tips with audiences at events such as the Premier Ohio, Alabama, and Orlando. He is known for his dynamic and engaging style, and has a knack for connecting with people and motivating them to achieve their goals.
