She holds an Advanced Practitioner Esthetic license in Minnesota, along with Cosmetology licenses in both Minnesota and California. Wendy takes Dermalogica’s world-renowned education on the road, visiting various accounts and licensed skincare professionals. Her mission is to empower therapists with in-depth product knowledge and hands-on skills that elevate their businesses to the next level. She excels in one-on-one conversations, using them as a motivational tool to help skincare professionals identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and thrive in this ever-evolving industry.
