Rob Burgio is an award-winning Goldwell National Artist, Master Stylist and inventor of the Barracuda Comb Clip, a revolutionary patented hair sectioning tool designed to increase user control, speed & efficiency. Through his position at Goldwell, Rob fulfills his creative hunger and love of teaching by sharing the latest techniques and trends with new and established stylists across the country. He’s inspired by these interactions and cites mentorship and teamwork as his two favorite parts of the job. Rob’s energy is contagious, and coupled with his passion for the art of practical and creative cutting and strong finishing techniques, have led to several top honors for his work, including a 2022 Goldwell Creative Award U.S. Semifinalist as Creative Colorist of the Year and Creative Haircutter of the Year. The global competition celebrating the ultimate in editorial creativity will announce its winners in August 2022, who will go on to represent the country on a worldwide stage and recreate their entries in front of a live audience and international panel of judges.
