Zsanea Hatcher
“My earliest nail memory is of me grabbing the nail polish every Friday night and skipping to my mom’s bedroom to polish her toes for the weekend. I was three years old! When I was about eight, my aunt took me with her to get her nail repaired. She let me polish her nails, but I didn't possess the skills to repair the nail. The Nail Pro pulled out a powder and glue, brushed the glue across the crack and sprinkled the powder on top. I was fascinated. My desire to pursue nails as a career sparked at that very moment!
Being a Nail Professional allows me to do what I love to do daily! I have built lifetime friendships and met people from all walks of life. I have owned three salons and two studios. I have serviced high-profile clients from politicians to musicians, Hollywood celebrities and star athletes. But my very best clients are everyday people!”
Zsanea quickly built a reputation as a professional resource. “The first nail class I ever took was a CND class. I fell in love with the products and the systematic approach to the art. Soon I became the go-to person in my circle of influence. Nail Pros would call me for direction or help because they knew I was always in a CND class. I decided to pursue education, since essentially, I was already doing it!”
“Being a CND Education Ambassador has allowed me to take my skills to a completely different level. CND’s educator training is the best – bar none! I see myself as educating one Nail Pro at a time. I love to see the faces of students when they have their personal ‘ah-ha’ moment. I’m moved whenever I hear from an aspiring Nail Pro that I inspired them to move forward. Some who were about to throw in the towel reconsidered after sharing with me.”
“Put your pride aside and LEARN! There is a lesson to be learned in every situation. Even if it’s a lesson you think you’ve already learned – there is bound to be useful information to take away. Some in our industry just focus on their number of clients and how much money they’ll bring in, with no real end focus. Begin with the end in mind. Begin your journey and have in mind where you’re going with it, and real success will follow!”
