Join Georgina Davis, Cosmetology Education Group, for an in-depth conversation that will help you to gain knowledge and understanding on sexual harassment prevention, including an explanation of sexual harassment consistent with the IHRA, examples of conduct that constitutes unlawful sexual harassment, a summary of relevant federal and State statutory provisions concerning sexual harassment, including remedies and resources available to victims of sexual harassment. Additionally, we will cover the responsibilities of employers in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment to gain confidence and knowledge on this difficult topic and most importantly to know that you are not alone if you have experienced this form of abuse.
